We collect your personal data for various purposes, such as for processing your order, submitting quotations and offers, executing the contracting agreement, as well as for conducting correspondence with you, or in the context of handling a job application.

For the proper execution of the agreement, we must be in possession of a number of personally identifiable information, such as your name, contact details, email address, telephone number, postal address, address details, etc.

We will also be obliged to share your personal data with third parties, such as possible subcontractors, commercial partners, suppliers, project leaders, construction promoters, IT service providers, etc.

However, we will not process data that is not necessary for the execution of the agreement, or for which we have not requested permission.

Legal grounds for the processing and transfer of your personal data
We collect, process and transfer your personal data either on the basis of your informed consent, respectively because this is necessary for the execution of the agreement, or out of necessity to comply with a legal obligation, in accordance with Articles 6.1 (a), (b) ), and (c) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

Insofar as the processing of personal data takes place on the basis of consent, you always have the right to withdraw your consent.

Compliance with the Laws
We will disclose your personal information if we are required to do so by law or subpoena or if we believe that such action is necessary to comply with the law and reasonable requests from law enforcement or to ensure the security or integrity of our services to protect.

Safety
We take the necessary administrative and technical-organizational measures to protect your personal data and to maintain its accuracy. We also expect our suppliers and commercial partners to take the same data protection measures. You can send any question or request with regard to the personal data processed by us, free of charge, by e-mail to the address that you can find on the site.

However, if a request is manifestly unfounded or found to be excessive, an administrative fee may be charged.
